- Strengthening unstable land affected by tide flats and high-water table.
- Utilising ground improvement techniques and Controlled-Modulus-Columns to reduce development costs and strengthen ground for building foundations.
- Construction of two steel-framed buildings and office accommodation.
- Installation of a chemical testing laboratory.
- Construction of a sealed site and controlled water discharge.
- Installation of fire suppression, heat detection, fire alarms and CCTV.
